Noisy alley way
Air con is cold, heater is hot haha, the blankets are thick, staff are friendly.
Was facing the alley way so it was noisy at night. THE HOTEL WAS SO DARK, NEEDS MORE LIGHTING EVERYWHERE, EVEN THE BEDROOMS

value for money as just stay in during night time
Location is great, central location. Next to well known shopping mall and easy access to various location.
the hotel is getting old, probably need some repaint on the walls and ceiling, best possible should change the bed and bed sheet

Cheap boutique hotel near Pavilion
At a cost of 22 Euros per night the single room without breakfast this is the cheapest accomodation that I can remember, not even a bunk bed in a hostel is this cheap. Nevertheless, Le Apple Boutique Hotel is unusual budget accomodation as it is really a boutique hotel with good design both in the common areas and in the rooms. Location is very convenient in the middle of the crowded shopping area of Bukit Bintang as the hotel is located near an MRT station and just 5 minutes on foot from Pavilion. Both the reception staff members and the hotel guards are excellent, they are extremely qualified but they are also warm and ready to help in any issue. The reception staff members speak very fluent English. I have stayed in this hotel three times in the last 5 weeks and on the first night of my third stay - this very same week - I was bitten by a bedbug and I was immediately moved to another room as soon as I reported what had happened to the reception staff. I like the hotel and the staff very much, I feel comfortable when I am staying there.
The room is not cleaned at all and the excuse is that there is not any cleaning service in the rooms to fight against Covid. However, I would like to make it clear: there is no room cleaning during your stay but, besides, the room is not clean when you check-in. I think that disinfecting and cleaning carefully the room when one guest checks out and a new guest has not yet arrived would actually prevent the spread of Covid in the hotel.
